Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions at vipcuci are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method and the time the request is made
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)
• All funds deposited into an account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, to prevent misuse of the system

vipcuci reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or that do not comply with the stipulated wagering requirements. Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first bonus of 120% up to RM300 on their first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 with an account balance of RM220 — the wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800, which must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM600, a bonus of RM300 is given with a balance of RM900 — the wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

• Wagering requirements are calculated at 15 times the bonus amount received
• Bonuses may not be used for wagers excluded under the relevant promotion terms
• Each member is only eligible for one welcome bonus for the lifetime of the account
• Unused bonuses within the valid period may be forfeited without further notice
• vipcuci reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time

The vipcuci VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each offering progressively higher weekly cashback up to 1.5% for the Platinum tier. Tier advancement requirements are based on a member's betting activity over time.

Prohibited Conduct

vipcuci takes platform integrity seriously and prohibits the following conduct:

• Using bots, automation software, or any unauthorised tools to assist with gambling
• Manipulating the game system or exploiting technical bugs
• Bonus abuse including registering multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotions or the payment system
• Providing false personal information or using another person's identity
• Any activity potentially involving money laundering or illegal financing

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, freezing of all funds in the account, and legal action where appropriate.
